I LOVE good food! This unfortunately is complicated by being gluten intolerant but I do my best to work around it and always am able to find something to eat. One of my favorite things to do is explore restaurants as well as to go back to favorites and try as many things on their menu as possible. This is a round up of the food pictures I have taken in the past month.

DiModa - Fig and Prosciutto Pizza. This pizza was so good I have had it twice in one month!

Good City Brewing Company - Chicken Sandwich on Gluten Free Bun with Curry Fries

Beerline Cafe - Crepe Suzette

Beerline Cafe - Rosemary-Garlic Red Potatoes and Strawberry Turmeric Lemonade, had with the Crepe Suzette

Summerfest - Bacon Wrapped Prime Rib Bites from Ward's House of Prime Rib. These were SO AMAZING!

Summerfest - Prime Rib Sandwich from Ward's House of Prime Rib. Ended up not eating the bun just the prime rib.

Summerfest - Lemonade. This is the only way the cup would fit in my hand. Amazing Lemonade!

Kompali - Tacos (from left to right) Nopales (sauteed cactus), Shrimp, and Al Pastor all on Corn Tortillas. Not a fan of the cactus the texture was off for me. With a Mango Margarita to drink.

Finally have counter space for my panini maker. This was one of my go-to's this month. Turkey, Pepper Jack Cheese, Spinach, Tomato and Mayo on Trader Joe's multi grain Gluten Free Bread,

Beerline Cafe - Hash Brown Benedict. This was very good and I was pleasantly surprised by the tofu ham.

Beerline Cafe - paired with the previous picture a Honey and Fresh Berries Crepe

Fushinami - My boyfriend and his cousin wanted sushi, I don't like sushi so I go the Seafood Delight. This was seriously the best seafood I have had! Every piece was cooked perfectly.

The Loaded Slate - Mimosa mini pitcher

The Loaded Slate - Loaded Omelette. I got Bell Peppers, Bacon and BBQ Pulled Pork. Paired with their Pub Fries.

I know this is super late but I am going to go for it anyway! I have been busy with moving, see item one, and neglected my blog for a few weeks. Now that most of my portion of the move is complete I am hoping to get on a relatively normal blogging schedule.
On to my Summer Bucket List:

I packed the important things first, all my yarn!

1. Move - my boyfriend says this doesn't count but I was super excited to move and am very happy that unpacking is almost done.

2. Patios - there are only so many days of truly nice weather in the Midwest so might as well take advantage of the good ones by moving cocktail hour outside!

An amazing outdoor brunch...More details to come!

3. Sculpture Milwaukee - There are 22 sculpture on Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee this summer and I want to see them all! More information here
4. Play Tennis - I played tennis for years growing up and my boyfriend played competitively through college and will still occasionally play in some for fun tournaments. We played once earlier this spring and had a blast so we definitely need to play more frequently.
5. Go to the Zoo - I haven't been to the Zoo since I was a kid...enough said!
6. Maxwell Street Days - This is a huge flee market...Never know when and where you are going to find the next treasure for home decor!

A picture of the city from the Sky Glider at Summerfest!

7. See Family - Again the Midwest only has great weather for a few short months and family always tries to visit during this time. I want to see as many of them as possible!
8. Read a Book - I haven't read and finished a book in what feels like an extremely long time! I do read though, it is just mostly scientific papers and textbooks.
9. Outdoor Concerts - I want to go to a bunch of outdoor concerts! We went to Summerfest this past Sunday and it was amazing. I also really want to check out Jazz in the Park.
10. Go to a Brewers Game - Baseball games are always more fun in person than on TV!

Working on my What the Fade Shawl in the car on the way to visit family!

11. Outdoor Movie Night - Spending time outdoors is a must. It looks like there are several free movie nights in parks near us...Why not check one out!

12. Finish my What the Fade Shawl - I started this towards the end of last summer and I think it is time to finish it up!

Let me know some of your favorite book recommendations below!
